LONDON-Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP and Charterfield Asset Management have received a resolution to grant planning consent for the redevelopment of the 61,000-square-foot Centurion House property. The existing building, located in the center of the City of London, will be turned into a new grade-A office building measuring roughly 80,000 square feet.
