NEW YORK CITY-Style New York-Tel Aviv Inc. has leased nearly 12,000 square feet at 37 W. 37th Street for 10 years. Asking rent per square foot for the retail space of the building located between 5th and 6th Avenues was $75. The women's apparel importer will occupy the basement, mezzanine and ground floors of the building owned by Abner Properties on October 1 2011.
