ISSAQUAH, WA-Alexander & Baldwin Inc.'s real estate division has purchased an office building measuring 147,000 square feet in Issaquah, Washington. A&B Properties has acquired the two-story structure, known as Siemens Building, for an amount of $19.7 million.
The office building is situated east of downtown Seattle beside the offices and headquarters several large firms, including Costco. It is fully leased to Siemens. A&B Properties has purchased the building as portion of a Section 1031 tax-deferred rearrangement. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
