BOSTON-Clarendon Properties, a real estate investor based in Ireland, is marketing roughly a 50% stake in its 350,000-square-foot tower at 265 Franklin St. in Boston. The property, once called the PaineWebber Building, was constructed in 1984 and renovated in 2002.

Clarendon purchased the 21-story building in 2006 for $170 million from Boston Properties. The property is 91% leased. According to Real Alert, the estimated value of the property is about $200 million. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
