CHARLOTTE, NC-Compass Group USA Inc. has renewed and expanded its lease at Coliseum Centre, a six-building office park situated off Tyvola Road. The company has extended its 214,507-square-foot lease for more than 12 years.
Compass Group started its lease at the office park in 1994 with 47,450 square feet. Daniel Nack and Steve Schneider of Compass represented their company along with UGL Equis' Vern Anderson, while CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. brokers represented JP Morgan Investment Management, the landlord, in the deal.
