PHILADELPHIA-Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants has deserted 1650 Arch St. in Philadelphia and moved to 10 Penn Center in Center City. The CPA organization has inked a long-term lease for 16,000 square feet of space at the 721,000-square-foot building at 1801 Market St.
The group has signed the deal for $3.7 million. It will relocate to the Penn Center in January. Grubb & Ellis negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
