CHICAGO-The Elysian hotel will soon have a new owner as well as a new name. The owners of the Gold Coast property have tapped Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to market the 188-room hotel property located at 11 E. Walton St.
Developer David Pisor is looking for a new partner that would enable him to keep a stake in the property, while Bahrain-based Arcapita Inc., Pisor's equity partner, is intending to cash out. The 60-story building was constructed in 2006. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
