MIAMI-Education Training Corp./Florida Career College has inked a lease deal for 45,409 square feet at One Seventeen Professional Arts Center located in Miami. The lease runs for 12 years. The four-floor office building measuring 65,000 square feet is located at 11731 Mills Drive.
In the transaction, Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Ryan Rosalsky and Mitchell Millowitz negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while Flagler Real Estate Services and Colliers International South Florida negotiated on behalf of the landlord, TCPC Associates.
