CHICAGO-kCura, a software firm, has inked a deal to sublease 76,000 square feet at 231 S. LaSalle Street from Bank of America. The company's new lease is almost double the size of its 41,000-square-foot space at 175 W. Jackson Blvd. According to CoStar Group Inc., average annual asking rent in the 936,800-square-foot office building is $23.9 per square foot.
