REDWOOD CITY, CA-Shorenstein Properties is trying to sell two buildings totaling 447,747 square feet in the Pacific Shores development in Redwood City. The company has hired the capital markets group of Jones Lang LaSalle to market 1400 and 1500 Seaport Boulevard.

The properties are 100% leased to Abbott Laboratories and DreamWorks Animation SKG has subleased space at 1400 Seaport. The two 5-story buildings were developed in 2002.
