AUSTIN, TX-Stream Realty Partners has brokered two lease deals in Austin on behalf of the landlords. INC Research has signed a lease for 21,685 square feet of space at Parkway at Oak situated at 4801 Southwest Parkway and Deposition Technology has signed a lease for 30,450 square feet of space at MoPac 2 at 3733 Drossett.
