ALBANY, NY-Wolanin Cos., the owner of an apartment and retail complex in Guilderland, New York, is planning to construct 248 more apartments as well as 12,000 square feet of commercial space. The company is seeking approval from the town Planning Board to change the zoning of a 21-acre land adjacent to the Town Center Shopping Plaza.
