FLOWER MOUND, TX-Zenith Freight Lines, a shipping company based in North Carolina, has inked a 168,988-square-foot lease in a warehouse complex located at 700 Lakeside Parkway. KTR Capital Partners is the owner of the property. With this lease, the industrial facility in the Lakeside Ranch Business Park is now completely leased.
