SILVER SPRING, MD-Real Estate Alert has said that a bankruptcy court has permitted the sale of The Georgian, a multifamily complex in Silver Spring. Stellar GT TIC LLC purchased the complex located at 8750 Georgia Ave. in 2004 for $89.5 million.
Real Estate Alert reported that the asset could trade for perhaps more than $190 million, or approximately $215,000 per unit. CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. is marketing the multifamily complex. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
