SACRAMENTO-Granite Bay-based Capitol Builders Inc. has bought 2500 Venture Oaks Way in south Natomas for an undisclosed price. The Class A office building, which holds 52,000 square feet of rentable space in three floors, was sold by The Heller company.
The sale was closed on August 31. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Tom Walcott from Grubb & Ellis, while the seller was represented by Chris Schwarze and Kevin Partington from Cushman & Wakefield. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
