WASHINGTON, DC-DCmud has reported that developers have started construction on Northwest One, an apartment building consisting of 314 units at 2 M St. NE in the NoMa neighborhood in Washington, DC. The project, which spans 290,000 square feet, is scheduled to be finished in late 2013.
The Northwest One project is being led by William C. Smith & Co. It will also include a 4,100-square-foot retail space on the ground floor and an 8,000-square-foot courtyard over the underground parking. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
