ELMWOOD PARK, NJ-Developer Joseph P. Langan started the first phase of a $25-million residential complex at 400 Riverfront Boulevard in Elmwood Park last month. The apartment complex will comprise 159 single- and double-bedroom apartments and a 17,000-square-foot retail space.
The construction work on the project has started despite a lagging economy. The developer brought a Mount Laurel suit against town in the beginning of 2009 to secure approval for construction on 20 acres. For the full story, go to New York Times .
