LONDON-ING and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board have listed the 1 Bunhill Row building situated in the City of London for GBP 190 million. The joint venture has employed Jones Lang LaSalle to market the property.
The office building, which spans 260,000 square feet, is leased to Slaughter & May. Helical Bar developed the property in 1999. CPPIB and ING purchased the property along with 55 Bishopsgate in 2006 for GBP 355 million from Deka. For the full story, go to Property Week .
