BOSTON-A unit of RR Donnelley & Sons Co. has sold an office building measuring 74,000 square feet in South Boston to Cresset Development for $7.3 million. The sale of the office building, which earlier housed Browne & Co. Inc.'s headquarters, was officially closed on September 6.
Chicago-based RR Donnelly bought Browne earlier this year. The deal strengthens the commitment of Cresset to Boston's expanding seaport district, as it lately turned the old Jimmy's Harborside Restaurant site into an office, restaurant and retail complex.
