DALLAS-UCR Investment Sales in Dallas has closed the sale of three bank-owned retail centers in Texas. Centennial Real Estate Company has purchased the 45,057-square-foot Village Park at Colleyville shopping center in Colleyville.
In Weatherford, LNR Partners has sold the 34,448-square-foot Weatherford Commons retail center at the junction of Main Street and Interstate 20 to a Texas-based private investor and in Muleshoe, J.E.
