BALTIMORE-Under Armour Inc. is looking to enlarge its Tide Point property by 400,000 square feet. The company will start the expansion with a 20,000-square-foot retail shop, which will be opened in 2013.

The sportswear maker, which acquired the Tide Point property for $58 million, is planning to construct a retail store as part of an 80,000-square-foot expansion on the first floor, an archive museum on the second floor and a 40,000-square-foot office space on the third floor.
