INDIANAPOLIS-Houston-based Allied Hospitality has acquired Caribbean Cove Hotel and Water Park on Northwestside in Indianapolis from Indianapolis-based General Hotels for an undisclosed amount. The company has plans to improve the property located at Michigan Road and I-465.
General Hotels opened the hotel, which contains 344 rooms, in 1978 and afterward added the indoor water park measuring 50,000 square feet. The property will have new carpeting, window air conditioners and furnishings. For the full story, go to Indy Star .
