BRISTOL, UK-The Central Park development in Bristol has secured its first occupier. CHEP UK Limited has pre-leased a new pallet distribution facility measuring 50,000 square feet in the 640 acre distribution park for 15 years.
Construction will start in the beginning of September 2011 and the facility will be opened in Q2 2012. CHEP UK has selected Central Park as its regional distribution location.
