TAMPA, FL-Florida Orthopaedic Institute has signed a lease for an old Borders bookstore location situated on North Dale Mabry Highway to support its expansion in south Tampa. The growing company plans to convert the 27,500-square-foot facility into a clinic.
The new location will have clinical offices, MRI, x-ray and facilities for occupational and physical therapy. The property is owned by Langer US Investments.
