LONDON-Henderson Global Investors is planning to change its Bishops Court office building situated in the City of London into a retail project. The fund manager is ready to start a pre-application proceeding with Tower Hamlets Council for the redevelopment.
Bishops Court, which comprises 53,000 square feet of office space, is leased to HSBC Insurance Holdings. Henderson is preparing to renovate the building into a 12,000-square-foot flagship shop.
