LONDON-Legal & General Property has purchased the freehold stake in 76-88 Wardour Street in London for GBP 32.8 million from Scottish Widows Investment Partnership on behalf of Managed Fund. The property contains three retail units along with five floors of office space totaling 48,000 square feet.
