SUNRISE, FL-RSM Sunrise Properties, LLC, has bought an industrial building located at 4615 NW 103rd Avenue in Sunrise for an amount of $ 1,515,000. Frank Carlone and Anthony Carlone were the sellers of the industrial property measuring 19,600 square feet.
