WILMINGTON, DE-HFF has completed the sale of a full-service hotel on North King Street in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. Credit Union Liquidity Services has sold the 217-room DoubleTree Wilmington hotel located at 700 North King St. for $12 million.
The hotel was purchased by a joint venture between AGRE U.S. Real Estate Fund, LP and Driftwood Hospitality Management, LLC. Dan Peek, KC Patel and John Bourret with HFF represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
