MIAMI-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of an apartment property in Miami. A Miami-based private investor has sold the Sunnyside Apartments, a multifamily property consisting of 28 units on NE 6th Avenue located just north of 150th Street, to a limited liability company for $1,300,000.
The sales price breaks down to about $46,429 per unit. Felipe J. Echarte, Jr. and Joseph P. Thomas from Marcus & Millichap's Fort Lauderdale office represented both parties in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
