CHICAGO-Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of a Chase Bank in downtown Chicago for $7.1 million. David Wells from the Miami office of Real Estate Investment Services National Retail Group at Marcus & Millichap negotiated the deal for a foreign banking institution.

The 8,500-square-foot Chase Bank asset is situated on the ground-floor space of a 35-story condo tower on the corner of State Street and Dearborn.
