MANCHESTER, UK-Europa Capital LLP, an associate of Europa Fund III, has purchased One Piccadilly Gardens and the Pavilion in Manchester for GBP 67 million from a private Irish investor. The company has acquired the property together with Paul Parkinson.
One Piccadilly Gardens comprises 167,369 square feet of office space along with A3 accommodation and retail on the ground floor.
