ATLANTA-Primerica is planning to construct a new headquarters on 30 acres of land in Gwinnett County. The company has signed a lease deal with Duke Realty Corp. for a build-to-suit headquarters measuring 344,476 square feet within the developer-owned 111-acre office park at Georgia Highway 120 and Intestate 85.
Primerica's new headquarters will consolidate its functions and business areas from 10 buildings at 3100 and 3120 Breckinridge Blvd. The project will be completed by April 2013. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
