LONDON-Quintain has obtained the final planning consent to change its Wembley Retail Park, a 212,000-square-foot project in Wembley City, to open A1 (non food) from bulky goods. The company sought the change of use to reconfigure and revive Wembley Retail Park in keeping with its overall retail strategy for the city.
