GLASGOW, UK-Redevco has started renovation of its George House, an office building measuring 90,000 square feet in George Square, Glasgow. The first phase of the project, which will provide 50,000 square feet of space, will be completed next February, while the remaining space will be finished by June 2012.
The renovation will include the exchange of the lift system, enhanced common areas, raised access floors and a new feature entrance. DTZ has been selected as the leasing agent. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
