PITTSBURGH-Federated Investors, Inc. has signed an agreement to extend its headquarters lease in Downtown. The company has signed a long-term lease with Cleveland-based Forest City Enterprises for roughly 250,000 square feet of office space on 14 levels in the 27-story office structure that is part of the Liberty Center property.
