MANSFIELD, TX-Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc. has acquired an apartment property in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The company has purchased Legends at Lowes Farm, an apartment community consisting of 456 units in Mansfield, Texas.
The purchase price of the community was not disclosed. The community, developed in 2008, includes amenities such as garages, business and fitness centers, a resort-style pool with lap lane and upscale interior amenities.
