JACKSONVILLE, FL-Walchle Lear Multifamily Advisors has closed the sale of an apartment building in the Jacksonville area. A pension fund has sold the Oaks at Mill Creek, an apartment complex consisting of 360 units on Monument Road in Arlington, for $17.2 million.
A private investment group based in Colorado has purchased the apartment building for $47,750 per unit. Walchle Lear Multifamily Advisors' Erik Bjornson handled the deal along with Steve Lear and Bart Walchle. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
