WASHINGTON, DC-Penzance Cos., based in Washington, DC, has signed a contract to purchase the Watergate office building. The 11-story office building, which measures 198,000 square feet, is located at 2600 Virginia Ave. NW.
A group headed by BentleyForbes, a Los Angeles-based private investor, purchased the office building in 2005 for $84.5 million. According to The Washington Post, the Virginia Ave. NW deal maybe closed this year. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
