NEW YORK CITY-Tzell Travel Group and Guess have renewed their leases in a 22-floor building located at 114 W. 41st Street, between Sixth Avenue and Broadway, for 10 years. Tzell Travel has expanded its lease to 65,000 square feet by leasing an additional floor for an asking rent in the low $40s per square foot. Colliers International's Robert Tunis and Mark Jaccom negotiated the deal on behalf of Tzell Travel.
