FORT WORTH-Atlanta-based Weeks Robinson Properties has acquired two distribution centers in the Railhead area of Fort Worth for an undisclosed price. The two centers, which total 702,000 square feet, are situated near Spur Road 280 and Interstate 35.
The distribution centers are 56% occupied. Weeks Robinson purchased two industrial buildings earlier this year in the South Dallas area. The company also bought a 506,000-square-foot development in Arlington. Weeks Robinson's Dallas-Fort Worth area assets total over 2 million square feet.
