CHICAGO-Aries Capital based in Chicago has organized a five-year loan worth $45.3 million for an office tower located at 105 W. Adams Street in the Loop. Wells Fargo Bank has provided the loan to building owner Musa Tadros, who serves as President of Crown Chicago Real Estate Development Inc. The loan is a mix of floating and fixed rates, with 4.2% of overall rate.
