LAS VEGAS-American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust Inc. has completed the first tranche of its $257.5-million purchase of a 12-property portfolio of health care facilities through American Realty Capital V L.L.C. The firm bought CareMeridian, an inpatient rehabilitation facility measuring 13,500 square feet in Phoenix for $9 million.
