WOODRIDGE, IL-Edward Don & Co. is planning to relocate its headquarters into a proposed 362,000-square-foot building to be constructed on a site in Woodridge. McShane Development Co. would construct the building to Edward Don's needs, with a 55,000-square-foot office space. CB Richard Ellis is marketing the planned facility for sale.
