NORTHAMPTON, UK-Albion Land has reported that Goodrich CTG, a division of Goodrich Corporation, has acquired a 137,000-square-foot facility at the Network M40 Development in Banbury. The GBP 9-million facility, which sits on 6.17 acres of land, contains 37,000 square feet of offices.
The new facility will be finished by spring 2012. Earlier, Albion Land pre-leased the adjoining plot to First Line for 25 years. White Commercial and Jones Lang LaSalle advised Albion Land in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
