DUSSELDORF, GERMANY-HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung is about to establish the first La Cour office building in the new Le Quartier Central district of Dusseldorf. Recently, a major insurance company purchased the above-ground floor space totaling nearly 160,381 square feet and roughly 215 underground garage spaces in the property for an undisclosed price.
