SACRAMENTO-Newton, Massachusetts-based Government Properties Income Trust has acquired an office building measuring 84,000 square feet in the Highway 50 submarket for an undisclosed price. The property was sold by KBS Goethe Road LLC.
The office building is fully occupied by the California Employment Development Department. Kevin Partington and Ron Thomas from Cushman & Wakefield's Sacramento office, together with the firm's San Francisco Capital Markets group members, represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal.
