AUSTIN, TX-Jones Lang LaSalle has negotiated two office leases totaling 56,352 square feet on behalf of LDR Spine and Environmental Defense Fund. LDR Spine has signed a 45,538-square-foot lease at Aspen Lake One at 13785 Research Blvd. and Environmental Defense Fund has signed a 10,814-square-foot lease at 301 Congress Ave.
