NEW YORK CITY-Gourmet Cafe to Go, a new Balducci's concept, will open in the Hearst Tower. The cafe has signed a 15-year lease with The Hearst Corp. for 2,500 square feet in the skyscraper located at the northwest corner of West 56th Street and Eighth Avenue.
Asking rent was $200 per square foot. Newmark Knight Frank's Ross Kaplan and Jason Pruger represented the tenant, while CB Richard Ellis' David LaPierre, Richard Hodos, Sean Moran and Stephen Sjurset represented the owner in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
