TAMPA, FL-Pivot Education, Inc., a division of the DeVry University family, has leased roughly 13,000 square feet of space at 3020 Falkenburg Road, an office flex-industrial building spanning 27,000 square feet in the First Park development in Tampa's I-75 submarket. The not-for-profit corporation has signed the lease for 10 years.
