DENTON, TX-The University of North Texas has signed a contract to purchase Woodhill Square, a multi-building office complex comprising 117,000 square feet of space at Teasley Lane and Dallas Drive in Denton. The university will accommodate some of its business operations in the complex.
UNT will at first lease roughly 30,000 square feet of the office complex to a new unit, the UNT System Business Service Center. The unit will relocate its employees to the Woodhill Square center in December 2011. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
